Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty was founded in early 1991 by two of the San Francisco Bay Area's most prolific residential real estate agents, Olivia Hsu Decker and Bill Bullock, their founding charter was to concentrate all their energy and resources on only one segment of the residential real estate market ? the very upper end, and Decker Bullock became the one company in northern California that focused exclusively on that market.
