My 35 years of real estate experience come to bear when advising you as to how to best position your home. The right presentation, improvements, debut pricing, marketing and negotiating skills all influence the end result. When selecting a real estate agent to find your “dream home” what criteria do you use?

Selecting and agent can be one of the most important decisions you make because your agent becomes “your eyes”. Consider that your agent is filtering every property through their own eyes and it is critical that the agent you select sees things the way you see them.

Patricia’s background in residential architecture and design gives her an advantage and distinct perspective in analyzing whether a property is a good fit for her clients or not. It is key to be able to visualize the potential of a property that may need work, or to see through a home that is not staged and help my clients see themselves living there with their furnishings.

Patricia is highly persnickety and keenly aware of how a house not only has to be a great home for her buyers to live in but a home that translates well to great resale, because some day you will become a seller and you will want your home to appreciate to the best of its ability.
